When we started WebFoundr, we committed to being completely transparent, not just about our web hosting performance, but also about our pricing. We believe there’s nothing worse than unexpected costs, and we want our customers to know exactly what to expect when they choose us.

Webfoundr Service Pricing

Our Web Hosting packages are priced per month based on the billing cycle you choose. At WebFoundr, we value long-term relationships. That’s why the longer you sign up, the more you save.

Promotional / Coupon Codes

To help new businesses and startups get off the ground, we often provide incentives in the form of coupon codes that can reduce the price of your first term by up to 50%. These promotional rates apply to your initial invoice. Please note that we do not offer recurring discount codes at this time.

Web Hosting Packages

Our hosting page displays the monthly price for each package based on a 36-month (3-year) billing term. When you choose a 2-year or 3-year term, we include a free domain registration or transfer (for the first year) for extensions like .com, .ca, and .us.

Our Essential plan is available on 3-year, 2-year, and 1-year billing terms. The displayed price for new customers includes the promotional discount, with the standard renewal price shown alongside for clarity.

Domains

When you register a domain name, you must pay the fee to keep the domain. Failure to do so will make the domain available again to third-parties, therefore it's very important that you continue to renew each month/year. We recommend customers use/keep a valid credit/debit card on file as PayPal does not support automatic domain renewals.

You'll notice some domains in our Instant Domain Search engine are quite expensive. These are domains that are either considered premium by the registry or available from third-parties. Most often, the premium price is only for the initial registration, they renew at a normal rate after that.

When you transfer a domain, you must also pay a fee to move your existing domain into our platform. For most TLDs, this fee adds an extra year to your domain, and you do not lose anytime you've already paid for at your current provider.

In addition to the yearly domain fee, we offer extra services such as ID protection, DNS management, and email forwarding, that are billed yearly, which you can learn more about here.

Money Back Guarantee / Setup Fee

All customers must read and agree to our Payment Policy prior to checkout.

Only our Web Hosting packages are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.
To be eligible, the hosting service must be canceled within 30 days, and a refund request must be submitted to our accounting team.
Refunds are limited to one service per customer.
Domain registrations/transfers and add-on services are non-refundable.

Auto Service Renewal

To ensure your website remains online without interruption, all web hosting services and domain registrations are set to auto-renew by default. If you wish to cancel a service, you must do so directly through your Client Area. For domain auto-renewal to function, a valid credit or debit card must be on file; PayPal does not support automatic domain renewals.

Please note: Coupon and promotional codes are not valid for service renewals.

Late Invoices / Delinquent Payments

We provide a four-day grace period on all invoices. After this period, delinquent services are suspended, and a 15% late fee is applied. We are unable to grant invoice extensions beyond the grace period. Services with overdue invoices are subject to termination, and we cannot guarantee data recovery once termination occurs.

Domains not renewed by the invoice due date may incur additional fees from the registry, and we cannot guarantee domain recovery past the due date.

Additional Fees

Data Recovery - For accounts terminated due to non-payment, we may be able to recover data from backups if requested within 7 days of termination. A non-refundable $50 fee will apply prior to any recovery attempt.

Disputed Payments - Any payment disputed with a financial institution will result in service suspension and a $50 administrative fee per transaction. Services will not be reinstated until the dispute is closed and all outstanding fees are settled.
